2. Service status

Court Pilot may be under development, invitation-only or provided as a trial. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn.

3. Acceptable use

You must use our services lawfully, provide accurate instructions and avoid interfering with the service, third-party systems or other users.

4. Third-party services

Our services may interact with third-party messaging, booking or payment systems. Those services operate under their own terms, and we do not control their availability or decisions.

5. No booking guarantee

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability, acceptance or completion of a reservation.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
